Beneficiary is a 1st year BA(Economics) student from Kodaikannal and studying in Madurai. She hails from a small remote village near Kodaikannal and she is the first girl from her village going to college.
She had completed her schoolings from a govt. school in Kunnur, Theni district. She was above average in school and after school some people near her village encouraged to go to college. After joining the college her family is not able to afford the fees.
Her father is no more and mother works as daily wages. Her elder brother recently completed his diploma in civil and searching for a job. Aalayam received his resume and if anyone can help him to find a job please contact us info@aalayam.org
